Senior Media Buyer

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Media Buyer to lead paid media planning, execution, and optimization across digital platforms. This role demands strong analytical skills, platform expertise, and the ability to maximize ROI while mentoring junior team members. You will work closely with planners and strategists to deliver high-performance campaigns across multiple industries and channels, including e-commerce, BFSI, retail, and consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Setup
- Develop and implement paid media strategies across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Programmatic).
- Define audience targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies to achieve client KPIs.
- Oversee ad account structuring, campaign creation, and asset deployment.
- Optimization & Analysis
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, identifying discrepancies and optimizing for cost-efficiency and conversions.
- Conduct weekly and monthly analysis, providing actionable insights to planners and clients.
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, SEMRush for performance benchmarking and competitive analysis.
- Client & Team Collaboration
- Act as the key point of contact for media buying discussions with planners and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, creative, analytics) to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior media buyers, ensuring accurate campaign execution and timely reporting.
- Advanced Media Buying
- Lead media buying on e-commerce platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) and emerging programmatic platforms.
- Ensure pixel firing, tracking, and attribution models are set up correctly.
- Contribute to building SOPs and frameworks for campaign execution and optimization.
Skills & Qualifications
3 years of experience in media buying, performance marketing, or paid digital campaigns.Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and e-commerce ad platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMRush, and SimilarWeb.Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and deliver on performance KPIs.Strong analytical mindset, with problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and collaboration skills; prior client-facing experience is preferred.Ability to manage and mentor junior team members.Why Join Us?
