Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Pune involves managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and optimization to deliver measurable results. The Meta and Google Ads Manager will be responsible for creating advertising strategies, conducting keyword and market research, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance data, and adjusting tactics to achieve client objectives efficiently. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining effective client communication are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and campaigns to clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to drive campaigns achieving desired outcomes and maximize returns on investment.
• Experience in Advertising with a focus on digital platforms, especially Meta and Google Ads.
• Capability in Project Management for planning, executing, and delivering successful ad campaigns on time.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategy, plus familiarity with tools like Google Analytics.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising and implement innovative strategies.
• Previous agency experience and a relevant degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field are an advantage.
