Getfive is a SEBI-registered Merchant Banking firm having offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The firm specializes in IPOs and pre-IPO private equity fund-raising.

Along with the Merchant banking arm, the firm also manages an AIF focused on late-stage companies.

Present Role : Corporate business development lead / head

Reporting : Managing Director.

Role Overview :

  • We are seeking a dynamic corporate marketing lead to handle nationwide marketing and business development activities, coordinating with regional teams across zones.
  • The role demands strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to drive growth through consistent follow-ups, guidance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and coordinate with all marketing and business development personnel located across different zones of the country.
  • Continuously follow up with regional teams to ensure timely execution of business development targets and marketing initiatives.
  • Align regional business development efforts with central strategy, ensuring uniformity in messaging and execution.
  • Monitor and review marketing performance metrics, providing feedback and corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Guide, mentor, and motivate marketing personnel to improve productivity and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and implement the companys overall marketing and brand strategy, including digital, branding, and offline campaigns, to drive growth and enhance visibility.
  • Manage client acquisition, retention, and relationship-building strategies in coordination with BD teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure cross-functional synergy.
  • Handle budgeting and resource allocation for marketing activities across regions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adapt strategies MBA in Marketing major and minor in finance, Business Development.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in marketing and business development.
  • Proven track record in managing regional teams across multiple zones.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and follow-up skills.
  • Proven leadership with focus on accountability and results.
  • Open to travel extensively across regions for business development and team coordination.
  • Experience in corporate banking preferred.
