Job Overview :

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Fresher Placement Coordinator who can build and maintain relationships with companies for student placements and internships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence to reach out to HRs and hiring managers, and a genuine interest in helping students start their careers.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and approach potential companies for placement tie-ups and internship opportunities.

Maintain relationships with HR managers and recruiters to generate job openings.

Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and company visits.

Maintain and update student placement data and records.

Communicate upcoming opportunities to students and assist them in preparing for interviews.

Promote institute's trained candidates to companies through emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.

Skills & Qualifications :

MBA in HR / Marketing / Business Development

Good verbal and written communication in English

Confident personality and strong interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn networking.

Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to learn.
