Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

3-5 years of experience in handling Immigration cases

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

Manage assigned immigration cases from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

Prepare, review, and submit visa and work permit applications, extensions, and related documentation.

Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and consulates on case progress and requirements.

Maintain case records, trackers, and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Communicate proactively with clients regarding case status, required documents, and timelines.

Assist in drafting support letters, petitions, and other relevant immigration documentation.

Monitor regulatory updates and flag any changes impacting clients’ immigration status.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, mobility teams, legal counsel) to ensure smooth immigration processes.

Provide administrative and logistical support in scheduling appointments, biometrics, and consular visits.

Uphold high standards of customer service while managing sensitive information with discretion.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in handling Immigration cases
