Faculty Development and Curriculum Specialist

Primary Role : Lead and oversee the entire academic ecosystem, ensuring innovation, quality, and

timely delivery of curriculum.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement academic policies, frameworks, and quality benchmarks.
• Supervise full-time and part-time faculty across Levels 1–4.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship to faculty.
• Align academic outcomes with institutional goals.
• Coordinate with Technical Head to integrate academic requirements into digital platforms.
• Monitor student learning outcomes and recommend interventions.
• Represent academics in stakeholder / partner meetings.
• Introduce new teaching methodologies and innovation practices.
• Conduct regular faculty workshops and development sessions.
