The Opportunity :

We are seeking a seasoned and highly specialized

Senior Global Visa Documentation Specialist

to manage complex work permit and permanent residency applications for our key destination markets. This role requires an in-depth, hands-on understanding of major immigration programs and meticulous documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Expert Document Preparation :

Independently manage and prepare complete visa and work permit documentation packages for individual and family applications.

Country Program Specialization :

Serve as a subject matter expert with proven experience in filing documentation for :

Canada :

Express Entry (Federal Skilled Worker), Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) and other Work Permit categories.

United Kingdom (UK) :

Skilled Worker Visas, Tourist Visa and Study Visa

Australia :

Skilled Migration Visas (Subclass 189 / 190), Employer Sponsored Visas (Subclass 482), and other skilled pathways.

Germany : The new

Opportunity Card (GOC / Chancenkarte)

application requirements, as well as the German Blue Card and Skilled Worker Visas.

European Work Permit Knowledge :

Demonstrate practical knowledge of documentation and compliance for

European Union (EU)

work permits and processes across the Schengen Area.

Quality Control (QC) :

Perform a final, thorough quality check on all visa files before submission to minimize errors and expedite processing.

Immigration Research :

Stay continuously updated on the latest policy changes, document formats, and submission protocols across all primary countries.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Experience :

Minimum 1 years of dedicated experience in visa documentation and processing for multiple countries.

In-Depth Knowledge :

Mandatory expertise in the visa categories for Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany's current immigration pathways (including the GOC card).

Documentation Excellence :

Superior attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of complex case files.

Communication :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to draft professional documents and liaise effectively with clients and team members.

Education : A Graduate degree.

Location :

Must be willing to work

On-site

in our Delhi office.
