Agile Project Manager

Location : Bangalore / Pune / Noida / Hyderabad / , India

Experience : 13–16 years

• Lead Agile software development initiatives, serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master across cross-functional teams
• Manage the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) — from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support
• Coordinate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI / Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless execution
• Drive Agile ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews / Demos , and backlog grooming
• Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum
• Champion software development best practices , coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design
• Leverage working knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams
