GrowExx - Senior Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage large-scale IT services projects, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, risk management, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, business, and vendor resources to ensure seamless project execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage expectations.
• Implement project governance frameworks and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks to meet strategic objectives.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Mentor and guide project managers and team members to foster professional growth and project and Skills :
• 10+ years of proven experience managing IT services projects, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, and Scrum.
• Experience managing large, complex, and multi-location projects.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience working with global and distributed teams is an advantage
