Position Overview :
Our Client is seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations ,based at Corporate Office, to work closely with the CEO and assist him in leading the Company’s Operations. He will be responsible for strong operational expertise, asset management discipline, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards. . This role requires a smart and hands professional who has worked as Hotel Manager / Director Operations / EAM with sound Rooms Division and Revenue Management background with International Brand Hotels in India. The role requires a leader with strong operational expertise, asset management discipline, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all hotels to ensure consistency, profitability, and brand excellence.
- Lead GMs and property heads with a focus on service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Drive financial performance : GOP improvement, RevPAR growth, cost optimisation, and labour productivity.
- Work closely with finance and asset teams to review budgets, forecasts, capex planning, and owner-operator performance.
- Coordinate with development and project teams on new openings, renovations, and transitions.
- Build strong owner, brand, and partner relationships.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Hospitality industry (Rooms / Revenue Management exposure), with at least 3 years in a leadership role as Hotel Manager / Director Operations / EAM with a leading International Hospitality Brand in India.Proven experience with luxury hotels and international brands.Strong asset management mindset — understanding of NOI drivers, capex ROI, operator contracts, P&L levers, and benchmarking.Excellent analytical skills — must be strong with numbers , MIS, KPIs, and data-driven decision making.Experience working with listed companies, large groups, or private equity–backed hotel platforms is preferred.Strategic yet hands-on, with the maturity to work directly with the CEO and Board.
