Job Description : Manager - Strategy and Special Purpose :

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join the CEOs Office at HCL Healthcare. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive special projects and key strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and performance monitoring across business units. This is a high-visibility role suited for someone passionate about healthcare and eager to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven Planning & Analysis :

• Support in the development and execution of corporate strategy, business plans, and OKRs
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Assist in identifying growth opportunities, partnerships, and new business models
• Business Operations & Program Management
• Drive execution of high-impact cross-functional projects and track performance metrics
• Create dashboards, presentations, and reports for leadership and board-level meetings
• Work with business, product, tech, finance, and operations teams to align on goals and initiatives
