This position reports to the Sr Director - ERP & Hosting and is part of the Infrastructure Hosting team l ocated in Pune, India and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for IT Infrastructure Architecture, including :

Cloud Hosting (Amazon AWS)

The essential requirements of the job include :

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Demonstrated success as a people leader, with a track record of managing complex infrastructure environments within global organizations.

Deep understanding of cloud architecture, security frameworks, Identity and Access Management (IAM), data privacy, and compliance controls.

Proven ability to deliver large-scale services in AWS public cloud and enterprise Windows environments.

Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach to prioritization.
