Infrastructure Analyst-Cloud and Hosting

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, systems, and network services.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, backups, and performance tuning to ensure optimal uptime.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as Python, JSON, or PowerShell.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize service disruptions.
• Implement security measures, monitor for vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration, deployments, and user support.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, configurations, and processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior system admins when required.
