Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Associate Director. The Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing project execution, managing client relationships, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and leading a team of professionals. Daily tasks will include coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Project management, team leadership, and client relationship management skills
• Experience in space enablement, design and build, general contracting, and refurbishment services
• Strong understanding of quality standards and industry certifications (QMS : ISO : 9001 : 2015, EMS : ISO : 14001 : 2015, OHSAS : ISO : 18001 : 2007)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading teams
• Experience working with Fortune 500 clients is a plus
