Job Description

Expectations :

The CRM Developer will look after the development, implementation, and maintenance of CRM / CDP / Marketing Automation platforms for new and existing clients. This role will also play a key role in custom developments and handling automated marketing communications. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external teams.

Experience required :

3-5 years in a CRM Development Executive or similar roles

Responsibilities :

Manage and assist in the implementation of CRM systems for new clients.

Oversee the maintenance of CRM systems for existing clients

Plan and execute custom development requirements such as chatbots, middlewares, API development and integrations

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are continuously aligned with business objectives

Manage and assist the internal team for set up of custom platforms and solutions

Identify opportunities for improving client strategy based on BAU activities and insights.

Manage and assist in the implementation of marketing workflows using CRM / CDP / MA platforms

Coordinate with internal business verticals, including Operations, Finance and Business Development teams

Liaise with external stakeholders such as clients and vendors

Key requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Technology, or a related field.

Prior experience in working with MarTech or CRM-specific projects

Certification in Salesforce CRM would be an added advantage

Strong understanding of CRM / CDP / MA platforms Zoho)

Good understanding of API integrations and middlewares or backend Languages like (node.js / python)

Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in WhatsApp marketing can be beneficial

Detail-oriented and able to bring innovative changes / improvements in existing processes

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Skills required :

HTML / CSS / Javascript

SQL / MongoDB

Backend development using NodeJS or any other programming language

Deluge scripting is good to have.

Rest API development and integration knowledge
