- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Conduct regular on-field meetings with B2B clients to understand their hiring or service needs.
- Act as the face of the company during client interactions, maintaining professionalism and trust.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention.
- Requirement Gathering
- Clearly capture job descriptions (JD), hiring expectations, and other requirements during client meetings.
- Ensure all client needs are documented and communicated accurately to the internal team.
- Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities through field visits and client referrals.
- Promote the company's offerings and value proposition to potential clients.
- Coordination with Internal Teams
- Relay client feedback and requirements to the recruitment or operations team.
- Coordinate between client and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain visit reports, meeting notes, and update CRM or client trackers regularly.
- Share regular updates with the management regarding client interactions and outcomes.
- Follow-ups & Client Support
- Follow up with clients post-meeting to address any additional queries or concerns.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of any issues faced by clients.
