Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) through open market sourcing and strong business relationships.
- Generate new business leads by identifying potential customers and converting them through direct sales efforts and channel partner collaboration (e.g., DSA, connectors, brokers).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow internal processes for timely and compliant case closures.
- Work closely with internal teams (credit, legal, and operations) for seamless loan processing and disbursement.
- Stay updated with local market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions using CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
Candidate Profile :
Experience : Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Home Loan or LAP segment (mandatory).Education : Undergraduate or Graduate in any stream (Undergraduates are eligible to apply).Strong understanding of mortgage products , loan structures, documentation, and credit evaluation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.Local candidates or those familiar with Jamnagar's real estate and customer base will be preferred.Skills Required
