We are expanding and looking for a

smart, energetic, and multi-skilled HR Executive

who enjoys managing people, processes, and cross-functional coordination.

Role Objective

This is a

multi-dimensional role

that combines

HR operations, internal coordination, demo environment support, and customer interaction

The candidate will assist in

hiring, employee data management, meeting coordination

, and help maintain

HRMS demo setups

for client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Operations

Manage employee records, attendance, and leave details on Farsight’s HRMS.

Support payroll data compilation, employee onboarding, and documentation.

Coordinate HR-related queries and maintain compliance records.

Recruitment & Hiring

Handle job postings, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely communication with applicants.

Assist management in closing technical and non-technical positions.

Office & Meeting Coordination

Coordinate

internal meetings, client reviews, and team discussions

Maintain calendar invites, meeting notes, and action item follow-ups.

Support leadership in ensuring operational readiness for reviews and demos.

Demo & Customer Coordination

Maintain and update

HRMS demo environments

for client demonstrations.

Coordinate with sales and product teams for demo scheduling and follow-ups.

Interact professionally with clients for meeting arrangements and documentation.

Administrative & Support Activities

Assist in vendor communication, office supplies, and general coordination.

Support HR team in engagement programs and internal communication.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with HRMS / SaaS tools preferred.

Ability to handle multiple priorities independently.

Attention to detail and professional approach.

Customer-centric and team-oriented attitude.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate or MBA in HR / Business Administration

Experience :

1–3 years in HR / Operations / Administrative coordination

HR Tech exposure

(HRMS, Payroll, or SaaS environment) will be an advantage

Compensation

CTC Range :

₹3.5 – ₹5.0 LPA (based on experience & skills)
