As part of
People & Culture , you will be a core team member of HR Shared Services, which includes playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services to our organization.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and guidance to employees and managers through various channels, primarily through our case management system.
Your expertise and proactive approach will contribute to the success of our HR Shared Services team.
As this role requires engagement with employees, you play a role in contributing to elevating the employee experience at Zafin including on-the-ground engagement and support for employees locally.
What will you do?
Respond timely and accurately to employee and manager inquiries with exception customer services, via case management platform (primary channel) and other avenues as they arise.
Inquiries may be related to HR policies, procedures
Assist and help employees adopt self-service HR tools, such as company portals, HRIS platforms, inquiries support to empower them to access and manage their own HR information
Take ownership of inquiries for an exceptional experience from start to finish
Support maintaining efficient use of systems and tools used by P&C Shared services (e.g.
, HRIS, case management system, knowledge management platforms like SharePoint), including but not limited to :
Employee Data Management,Leave Management, Governance, Risk, Compliance related needs
Collaborate across P&C to action, streamline, optimize HR processes, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management, benefits administration, etc
Support preparation of regular reports and analytics to support decision-making processes
Support company and P&C audits and assist in the implementation of corrective actions, if necessary
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives within the team
Support Talent Acquisition function by Preparing India-based offers letters, BGV for India-based candidates
What do you need to succeed?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or Equivalent Experience)
3-5 years of experience in an HR Shared Services role or a similar HR support function
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, Operations and practices
Proficiency in using HR systems and tools, including HRIS, payroll, and employee self-service portals
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
