Performance + Automation Test Lead

Role : Lead QA (LQA) – Automation & Performance Testing

Experience : 8+ years of overall, min 3.5 to 5 years into Automation & Performance testing

Availability to join : 1 week to 15 days

Tech Skills :

• Over 8 years of total experience in software testing , with a strong focus on automation as well as performance testing for the past 3.5 to 5 years .
• Proven ability to lead and mentor QA teams in implementing automation and performance testing best practices and strategies.
• Use tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar for test execution and monitoring.
• Hands-on expertise in Selenium with C# or Java , working knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber , and experience with tools like TestNG , Jenkins , GitHub , and CI / CD pipelines .
• Proficient in at least one programming language , such as C# , Java , or Python .
• Experienced in designing and executing performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness using appropriate performance testing tools.
• Skilled in monitoring and reporting QA metrics , including test coverage, defect trends , and overall quality indicators.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum or any other methodologies , actively contributing to sprints and collaborating across teams.
• Banking domain experience is a plus, good to have. (Optional)
• Strong experience in stakeholder communication , team leadership , and conflict resolution .
• Excellent communication skills , confident in client interactions, and effective in cross-functional collaboration.
