Job Description

The position focuses on Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and AI / ML simulation model development for HVAC&R product lines .

Main Responsibilities :

• Conduct FEA simulations and integrate outcomes into AI / ML model development.
• Verify, validate, and extract data from simulation studies.
• Perform data analysis, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and feature engineering.
• Execute parametric optimization using simulation and data-driven approaches.
• Develop, train, and deploy AI / ML models to enhance simulation accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with CAD Designers, FEA Analysts, and IT teams to ensure smooth data integration and toolchain development.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Finite Element / Structural Analysis (FEA) , preferably with AI / ML skills .
• Strong background in Mechanical Vibrations, Solid Mechanics, Statics and Dynamics and Numerical Methods .
• Proficiency in any scripting language like Python and e xposure to data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and automation scripting.

Additional desirable skills : Executed machine learning projects in mechanical / structural domain. Created automation tools. Executed FEA projects

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering.
