Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for EHR and RCM systems
Conducting workflow analysis and data validation
Ensuring data accuracy and system reliability
Collaborating with engineering teams on API-based solutions
Performing system adjustments to resolve production issues
Conducting data analysis and root cause investigation
Collaborating with vendors to address integration issues
Identifying process improvement opportunities in EHR / RCM workflows

Tech Stack :

Experienced in workflow analysis and data validation

Skilled in data analysis and SQL querying

Collaborates with engineering teams on integration issues

Soft Skills Required :

Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders

Teamwork and collaboration in agile environments

Accountability and ownership of tasks

Proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving

Analytical thinking for system evaluation and improvement
