Performance Marketing- Lead

Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Lead to join. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading performance marketing strategies, managing the creation and optimization of creative assets, improving website and app performance, and overseeing the day-to-day management of Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience (D2C experience is a must)
• Graduation from a Tier-1 institute or a Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proven track record in performance marketing
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong creative ability with a sharp eye for impactful ad creatives and messaging
• Hands-on experience with performance testing and campaign optimization
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
• Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms
