Key Responsibilities :
Influencer Scouting & Shortlisting
Identify and evaluate influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms based on brand requirements, target audience, and campaign goals.
Analyze influencer metrics (reach, engagement, audience demographics, content quality) to ensure brand fit.
Campaign Coordination
Support in planning and executing influencer campaigns from start to finish.
Coordinate with influencers / agents for negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and briefs.
Track influencer deliverables (posts, videos, stories, reels) and ensure timely execution.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain healthy relationships with influencers and creator networks.
Be the go-to contact for influencers during campaign execution.
Content & Briefing
Assist in creating influencer briefs aligned with brand strategy.
Review influencer content for brand compliance before publishing.
Campaign Tracking & Reporting
Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables go live as planned.
Track campaign performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions).
Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and learnings.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (Strategy, Pricing, Sales, Creative, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing (freshers with relevant internships may apply).
Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems on Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Passion for social media trends, creators, and brand storytelling.
