We’re Hiring : HR Associate – Talent & Culture Location : Mumbai Reports To : CEO YoBoHo New Media, part of Visional Pop (USA), is building the next generation of viral animated and digital content brands! We need a driven HR Manager to build a gritty, startup-minded team that will turn our Character IP Empire vision into reality. We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate HR Associate to partner directly with our CEO and help build our people strategy, culture, and HR processes from the ground up. What You’ll Do Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Partner with leadership to identify and hire top creative talent (animation, post-production, social media, and digital content). Manage sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Build recruitment campaigns and help position YoBoHo as a top workplace for creatives. Culture & Engagement Shape and drive initiatives that foster creativity, collaboration, and fun. Organize workshops, events, and recognition programs. Collect employee feedback and implement meaningful engagement strategies. Amplify YoBoHo’s culture on social platforms through creative storytelling. HR Operations & Processes Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination. Assist with HR policies, compliance, onboarding, and performance management. Explore AI-driven HR tools to improve efficiency and employee experience. Learning & Development Coordinate training programs and track employee learning outcomes. Support career growth initiatives across creative and operational teams. Who We’re Looking For 2 years of HR experience, preferably in creative, animation, digital media, or startups. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to build processes from scratch. Tech-savvy and comfortable with HR tools or AI-enabled solutions. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA in HR preferred). Why YoBoHo?
