SUMMARY
The role focuses on HR tech and transformation support, talent acquisition operations, and development requirements. Key tasks include scheduling, vendor coordination, training management, HR event support, and ensuring smooth execution of operational activities with stakeholders.
Role - Activities, Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Aspire Deliverable - 50%
Aspire scheduling & recording attendance
Training feedback triggering
Email for participation and complete
Sharing feedback and analysis with stakeholders
Non completion training
Aspire training content – testing
JD & JR due diligence.
TA and Tech Operational Support - 30%
Scheduling interviews
Blocking meeting rooms
Vendor co-ordination – payments
Travel management – For TA Team
Monthly HR meet coordination – venue, food arrangement and payments
Other requirements - 20%
Looking at Secretary who will be interested in moving to a HR Role
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications
Any Graduation
Experience
1 to 3 years of experience into similar role.
Knowledge and Skills ( Functional / Technical )
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and training administration.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
