The Proposal Research Analyst / Outreach Specialist role involves proposal analysis, management, writing, and directing the proposal team. Key responsibilities include drafting customer proposals, researching RFPs / RFQs, capturing and registering in bid portals, and analyzing requirements against proposal outlines for compliance and responsiveness.
Additional duties include directing writing / editing efforts, creating proposal outlines, submitting follow-up questions, scheduling meetings, managing files, preparing project kickoff materials, and coordinating cost collection and accumulation.
