Facilities Specialist

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred. Experience : Minimum 3–4 years of experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or luxury hospitality. Proven track record of managing multiple weddings simultaneously with high client satisfaction. Required Skills Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software. Knowledge of local venues, vendors, and wedding trends. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required (weddings occur outside standard business hours).
