Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence domains.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.Reporting & Analytics :
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure achievement of Bachelor's / master's degree.Minimum 4 years of experience in IT business development, specifically in staff augmentation.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.Deep understanding of the IT industry and the demand for Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence professionals.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications :
