Job description

Key Development :

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, online research, and industry events.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions

accordingly.

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase Zorba AI's value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruiting, delivery) to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Hiring Managers) at target client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and expertise on talent solutions.
  • Proactively address client concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy :

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence domains.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Reporting & Analytics :

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure achievement of Bachelor's / master's degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT business development, specifically in staff augmentation.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the IT industry and the demand for Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence professionals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience selling staff augmentation services for remote teams.
  • Knowledge of various recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
