About the Role :
We are looking for a result-driven SaaS Sales Professional to join our team at Sourcebae. Theideal candidate will have prior experience in SaaS or B2B sales, with a proven ability to generateleads, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities :
Prospect and qualify potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Understand client requirements and pitch Sourcebae’s AI Recruiter effectively.
Conduct product demos and drive leads through the sales funnel.
Manage and update CRM with accurate client and lead data.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for smooth lead nurturing and conversions.
Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in SaaS / IT / B2B sales (staffing / HR tech sales experience is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to handle objections and build long-term client relationships.
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
