Job descriptionManage financial operations including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, month-end / year-end closings. Prepare financial statements under applicable standards. Conduct internal audits, identify risks, recommend controls. Ensure regulatory compliance (tax, GST, company law, etc.). Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning. Collaborate with operations, procurement, sales, and senior management. CA qualified or CA fresher / MBA (Finance) / CA Intern. / CA semi qualified Exposure to financial operations, reporting or audit (internship or training period accepted). Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulation. Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, problem-solving. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not mandatory. Salary : ₹ 6 to 9 lakhs per annum , based on qualification, internships, and performance.
