Role Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate who will play a key role in driving revenue growth by reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads, and converting them into successful users of our platform. The ideal candidate is a motivated and goal-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to build a career in sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Make outbound calls to both cold and warm leads to drive conversions.

Generate new business and grow existing customer accounts.

Report and present sales progress, insights, and updates regularly.

Manage email and telephonic communication with potential clients.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of Goodscore’s products, market trends, and competitors.

Build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships.

Collaborate with the Sales and Digital Marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns.

Utilize data effectively to inform decisions and influence outcomes.
