Job descriptionCollaborate with designers, writers, editors, and creators to deliver high-quality content. Manage and publish posts, stories, reels, shorts, and campaigns with precision. Explore new content formats, trends, hooks, and creative ideas to boost performance. Drive active audience engagement through timely responses and creative interactions. Manage online reputation and nurture community conversations. Explore influencer partnerships and creator collaborations as needed. Track analytics across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations. Work closely with the performance marketing team for integrated organic + paid strategies. 1-2 years of social media management experience (agency experience preferred). Ability to manage multiple brands with strong organisational discipline. Excellent short-form and long-form copywriting skills. Strong understanding of digital storytelling, brand voice, and visual aesthetics. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and basic understanding of paid ads. Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to trends. Comfortable working remotely, in hybrid mode, or on-site depending on project needs. We’re looking for a mid-level Social Media Manager who blends creative storytelling with data-backed execution to scale social media presence and engagement for our diverse client portfolio.
