Job description

Company : Wire Monster (Digital Marketing Agency)

Location : Mohali (Work From Office)

Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 / month (base pay) + performance incentives

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, execute & optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook (Meta) and Instagram (mandatory).
  • Strategically manage and scale ad spend while maintaining ROI, ROAS & CPA targets.
  • Create, test and iterate ad angles, hooks, messaging, and creatives to find winning combinations.
  • Work with the creative and strategy teams to produce video ads, UGC content, static creatives, and variations .
  • Analyze performance dashboards, audience insights, pixel data, and trends to guide decisions.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on :
  • Google Ads (preferred)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Twitter Ads
  • YouTube, Amazon & other platforms (a plus)
  • Run structured A / B testing , creative testing, and landing page experiments to improve CTR & conversions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advertising rules, trends, policies, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Manage campaigns for both Indian and international clients across diverse industries & markets.
  • Participate in ongoing learning—we provide courses, frameworks & training to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience running Facebook & Instagram ads at scale (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of media buying, audience segmentation, funnel building & retargeting .
  • Experience managing large budgets , optimizing for ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and other platforms mentioned above (preferred).
  • Strong analytical ability—comfortable interpreting CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPM, CAC, attribution, etc.
  • A good eye for creative strategy —understanding what works, what doesn’t, and why.
  • Experience with eCommerce, D2C, lead generation & performance-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and reporting skills.
