We are seeking a seasoned SAP Practice Head / Director to lead and scale our SAP consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP services leadership, a strong track record in building or growing SAP practices, and deep expertise in SAP S / 4HANA and related solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth while managing high-performing teams and engaging with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the SAP practice, driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives.
- Define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for SAP services across target industries and markets.
- Identify high-potential SAP solution areas including S / 4HANA, BTP, Analytics, Industry Solutions, and Cloud Migrations.
- Position the company as a credible SAP services partner in selected verticals.
- Develop a portfolio of SAP offerings, accelerators, and partnerships to differentiate in the market.
- Drive business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth for SAP services.
- Engage and manage ecosystem partnerships, including SAP, hyperscalers, and technology partners.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to SAP consulting teams, fostering talent development and team performance.
- Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction across all SAP engagements.
- Monitor and report on practice performance metrics, project KPIs, and business outcomes.
- Stay updated with SAP innovations, industry trends, and emerging technologies to guide strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Experience :
2+ years in a practice leadership / head role within SAP consulting.Proven experience in building or scaling an SAP practice in a services organization.Deep knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA, BTP, Analytics, and Industry Cloud solutions.Prior experience with top SAP SI (Systems Integrator) or Tier-1 consulting firms.Exposure to multiple industry verticals (Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, etc.).Strong network within the SAP ecosystem, including SAP, hyperscalers, and technology partners.Strong business development and client engagement skills.Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute GTM strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.(ref : hirist.tech)
