Job Title : DIRECTOR - Engineering

Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership / Senior Manager to lead and push on Technical Vendor Management / relationship including Operational Activities in COO-OES division and push shared COO transversal services in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Business Technology support (Technical Vendor & Supplier Management) operations, ensuring the successful implementation of strategies, and driving continuous improvement in the BTS processes.

This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of BTS operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including a focus on shared services offered by the Operational Efficiency division the cascading of Operational Efficiency & BTS (OES) services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the BTS team in Bangalore, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance BTS operations and drive efficiency.
• Monitor and analyse BTS performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of BTS activities with overall business operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the BTS team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and

innovation.
