One of our early-stage AI SaaS portfolio is looking for a BDR Lead to join the business and help the Founder scale the BDR team.

Responsibilities

• Own pan-India mid-market new revenue targets
• Do everything it takes to overachieve numbers, making sure there’s always a steady flow of quality SQLs for the AEs
• Lead a team of outbound BDRs — coach, support, and help them crush their numbers.
• Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls & continuously refine our prospecting playbook
• Track performance metrics, dig into the data , and use insights to tweak and improve how we operate
