AI Product Head / Partner (WFH)

Experience : 10 to 15 Years

Location : Remote

Mode of Engagement : Full-time / Consultant

Educational Qualifications : Degree or Master’s in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical / business field.

Technical Expertise : ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Lovable, RAG, LangChain, NLP, LLM,

Industry : AI / DATA / IT-ITES / Product Development

Notice Period : Immediate joiners preferred

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in product management with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, and data-driven solutions using ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Lovable , RAG, LangChain, NLP, LLM , Computer Vision, etc..
  • Experience in taking products to market with proven commercial success , ideally with a product valuation ranging between $2M and $25M.
  • Product technical expert with proven track record of IP-ing and commercializing at least one product in AI / DATA / IT-ITES industry
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience managing the full product lifecycle—from ideation, development, and launch to successful scaling.
  • Strong technical expertise in AI / ML, scalable architectures, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Deep business acumen with exposure to go-to-market strategy, and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate the strategic vision for AI and Data products, aligned with organizational goals and evolving market demands.
  • Conduct robust market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring balance between technical feasibility, customer needs, and business value.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle and Team —from concept, prototyping, and development to launch, GTM execution, and scaling.
  • Ensure that all product releases meet high functional, technical, and performance standards while delivering customer value.
  • Work closely with engineering to design scalable data pipelines and AI / ML integrations, driving agile development (sprints, backlogs, timelines).
  • Own and execute GTM strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and feedback loops to refine product-market fit.
  • Deliver commercial success by taking ownership of P&L, ROI analysis, and product valuation, ensuring that products reach multi-million-dollar market adoption.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders and foster strong collaboration across engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI / ML frameworks, data platform innovations, and cloud technologies to drive competitive advantage.

    • Qualifications

  • Hands-on in AI / ML area including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Lovable , RAG, LangChain, NLP, LLM, Computer Vision, etc.
  • Proven ability to IP and launch commercially successful AI / Data / IT products still in use in the market.
  • Proficiency in Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Certified credentials in Product Management (Pragmatic, AIPMM, SAFe) are a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to influence both technical and business teams.
