About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Senior HR Business Partner

to join our Vizag team. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. This role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive people-focused initiatives that support growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and provide HR solutions.

Bridge the gap between employees and management through effective communication and trust-building.

Conduct regular employee connects to foster an open and supportive culture.

Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and belonging.

Identify early signs of attrition and implement proactive retention strategies.

Act as the first point of contact for employees to share concerns, raise grievances, or seek HR support.

Provide timely updates on HR policies and ensure effective communication across teams.

Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning efforts.

Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes fairly and effectively.

Partner with L&D teams to identify skill gaps and support training initiatives.

Control attrition and enhance employee retention through targeted interventions.

Increase employee efficiency and productivity by aligning performance management with business goals.

Analyze HR metrics and deliver actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Contribute to building a strong organizational culture aligned with Phenom’s values and mission.

Requirements :

Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change.

Hands-on experience with HR systems, data analytics, and reporting.
