Job descriptionDrive general insurance sales through the agency network by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing effective sales strategies. Conduct regular training programs to improve agents product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance awareness, ensuring alignment with company standards. Ensure adherence to regulatory norms and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and timely reporting of business performance and agent activities.
