Key Responsibilities :

• Drive end-to-end UX process : research, personas, journey mapping, wireframes, prototyping, usability testing.
• Own UI execution : design systems, guidelines, and pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Act as client-facing lead : gather requirements, present designs, manage feedback.
• Mentor designers in UX fundamentals and AI-enabled workflows (prompt engineering, intelligent prototyping).
• Use AI tools (Figma AI, Galileo, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML) for design acceleration.
• Collaborate with Product, Dev, QA & Data teams for seamless delivery.
• Conduct competitor analysis, usability audits, and A / B testing.
• Stay updated on GenAI trends (conversational UIs, adaptive interfaces, personalization).
