Role Overview : We are seeking a skilled and innovative UI / UX Designer to join our product team. In this role, you will take ownership of designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling interfaces that bring our AI-driven recruitment platform to life. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into seamless digital experiences. This is a full-time opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a high-growth product environment, where your design decisions will directly impact thousands of users globally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to deeply understand user needs and business objectives.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to craft engaging and intuitive experiences.
• Develop and refine interactive UI components, including complex elements like dashboards, workflows, and masking interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs for optimal user satisfaction.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate and smooth implementation of designs.
