Role Overview :

The Engineering Project Leader role in Aptiv has the responsibility to solve cross-competency issues within Engineering. This person is the Single point of contact to the PM organization for the engineering project timing plan and execution of all engineering activities and deliverables by supervising Engineering project sub-teams. Collaborating with the Customer Chief Engineer and / or Engineering Program Leader to manage engineering deliverables on time, on cost and on quality levels with supporting documentation (V-SPL.2) through coordination of the Resident Engineers. It is expected that the EPjL acts as a Primary interface to Customer for engineering deliverables, time plan and execution.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Technical / Risk management :
• Responsible to prepare and execute Design Reviews & Peer Reviews and

completeness of the Design Review workbook in compliance with PDP process.
