Key Responsibilities :

• Establish, implement, regulate and improvise internal processes for database management;
• Explore the advanced features of different Windows Based, cloud based and other applications and train teams for employment of the applications;
• Lead and own design and development of tools for digitizing internal operations
• Support in the organization and implementation of events, organization of internal meetings
• Use Microsoft 365 apps / Sharepoint / Azure for the purpose of CRM and ERP;
• Discover and adopt new technologies in the day to day operations of the organization;
• Creating reports, summaries and presentations for the office’s administrative needs
• Troubleshoot day to day breakdowns in software, hardware and networking;
• Train and guide teams on use of ITeS;
• Coordinate with third party service ITeS providers;
• Coordinate and collaborate with different internal teams.
