The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in presales services, particularly in handling US and UK customers, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Presales Support : Work closely with GBPO teams and LOBs to fulfill presales requirements and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Customer Engagement : Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing accurate and detailed information about GBPO products and services.
- Problem-Solving & Escalation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to swiftly escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Performance Tracking : Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and consistently measure programs and deliverables.
- Communication & Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders and executives, ensuring a superior presales experience.
