Talent Acquisition Consultant

Position : Recruiter (Junior–Mid Level) Experience : 5–8 years

Industry Focus : Pharma / Healthcare / Medical Devices

Location : Mumbai (Work from Office – 6 days / week)

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, commercial, and support roles.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various recruitment platforms.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver timely results.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Who You Are :

A recruiter with hands-on experience in Pharma, Healthcare, or Medical Devices .

Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven professional.
