Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :
- Drive end-to-end leadership and niche hiring mandates across business and functional verticals.
- Partner with CXOs and business heads to define hiring needs, talent priorities, and succession pipelines.
- Develop and execute comprehensive hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and upskill the TA team to ensure delivery excellence and consistent candidate experience.
- Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external search partners.
- Utilize market intelligence and talent mapping to identify and engage high-potential leadership talent.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s positioning in the talent market.
- Implement data-driven hiring practices, ensuring robust recruitment metrics and analytics reporting.
- Ensure process efficiency, policy compliance, and continuous improvement in recruitment operations.
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives and maintain governance on recruitment standards and SLAs.
- Partner with HRBPs on workforce planning, internal mobility, and strategic hiring interventions.
- Leverage technology platforms (ATS, sourcing tools, analytics dashboards) for better decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience :
MBA / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with proven expertise in leadership and strategic hiring.Strong experience in stakeholder management, search firm partnerships, and team leadership.Exposure to high-growth environments such as technology, EV, manufacturing, or consumer businesses.Proficient in ATS tools, recruitment analytics, and market mapping techniques.
