We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead recruiting for our Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. This role is critical to ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent in one of our most strategic markets, Bangalore, India, to drive business outcomes. The TA Manager will act as a trusted partner to our India leadership team, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and build a scalable recruiting function to support our growth. This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition located in our U.S. corporate headquarters.
What You Will Do
Talent Strategy & Execution
- Own full-cycle recruitment for India across corporate, technical, and specialized roles.
- Partner closely with U.S. based business leaders to understand workforce plans and hiring needs.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
- Recruit and hire high-performing managers and individual contributors, targeting talent within the top tenth percentile of people in the region.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all hiring needs in India.Influence and guide hiring managers with market intelligence and best practices.Ensure consistent communication and alignment with the global TA team.Support succession planning by building and maintaining pipelines for critical roles to strengthen the leadership bench. Team Leadership & Vendor ManagementBuild, mentor, and manage a small team of recruiters / sources as the GCC grows.Oversee local recruitment agencies, and other vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost effectiveness. Process & Candidate ExperienceProvide regular reporting and actionable insights to the U.S. Director of Talent Acquisition, including progress against hiring goals, pipeline metrics, and talent market trends.Implement structured, consistent hiring processes aligned with global standards.Champion an excellent candidate experience, from application to onboarding.Track key TA metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio, pipeline health). Employer BrandingEnsure our brand in India is showcased effectively through the website and other channels.Partner with global and local teams to adapt our employer brand for the India market.Promote our culture and EVP through campus programs, social media, and industry events.Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive recruiting experience post MBA, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or related field from a top-tier Indian university.Experience hiring across multiple functions (technology, corporate, and niche roles) with a multinational company.Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and multinational environment.Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Deep understanding of applicant tracking systems and related analysis / reporting.Experience managing vendors and external partners.Knowledge of India hiring practices, talent market dynamics, and compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across cultures and time zones.Preferred Qualifications
