Job Description - MDM Lead (Informatica)

Location : Chennai / Bangalore

Work Mode : 5 Days Work from Office

Experience : 5-10 Years (with minimum 5+ years in Informatica MDM)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Lead with strong experience in Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) to design, configure, and implement enterprise MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership experience, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale MDM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Informatica MDM solutions across various domains (Customer, Product, Employee, etc.).
• Drive requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment of Informatica MDM components.
• Oversee configuration of Hub Console, IDD (Informatica Data Director), Match & Merge, and Hierarchy Manager.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance by leveraging Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and data profiling tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to align MDM strategy with enterprise data initiatives.
• Lead and mentor MDM development teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Manage integration of MDM solutions with multiple enterprise applications and data sources.
• Monitor and optimize MDM performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Provide thought leadership in data modelling, data integration, and ETL processes to support MDM strategy.
• Drive continuous improvements in MDM frameworks, best practices, and implementation methodologies.
