What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION :

In this senior role, you will define and drive the MDM strategy, architecture, and governance framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise data management practices. Collaborate with executives, business units, and IT teams to unify master data strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and evolve the enterprise MDM vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Serve as the principal advisor to business and IT leadership on MDM capabilities, opportunities, and implementation approaches.
• Establish governance structures, policies, and processes for sustainable master data management.
• Drive cultural change and promote data stewardship across the organization using Informatica CDGC.
• Lead MDM implementation programs from conceptualization to execution.
• Define program governance frameworks, achievement plans, and success metrics.
• Coordinate multi-functional teams including business collaborators, data stewards, data owners, Digital, and vendors.
• Provide technical direction to development teams implementing and maintaining MDM solutions.
• Resolve complex architectural challenges related to data integration, quality, and Design, and Develop :
• Design, configure, and manage Informatica MDM solutions to consolidate and unify master data.
• Implement Matching, Survivorship, and Deduplication rules to ensure Golden Records.
• Create reference architectures for master data hubs, data quality processes, and integration layers.
• Design, implement, and manage Informatica CDGC solutions for data governance and metadata management.
